Highlights : Salvador, countless waterfall visits, Venezuela in general (mount roraima trek in particular), and the Caribbean beaches of Colombia. Full on at times but the jaw dropping views make it all worth it.

What can u say about the Silk Road trip? It covers a huge distance and the variety and difference is unbelievable. The Oasis trip was the perfect way to see it. They help with visas and everything so you can do the trip and then on the truck you go to some awesome places where there is no one else around. My highlights was the gas crater in turkmenistan, all of the cities in Uzbekistan and northwest China. Crew were so nice.

Just finished this trip and have had an amazing time. From the jungles of Ecuador, to the deserts of Peru, the steaks of Argentina and the beaches of Brazil (with a whole lot more in between) in the company of a great crew and new friends, I've thoroughly enjoyed this adventure. If you have the time and want to experience the diverse environments and experiences South America has to offer, this trip is a great way to do it.

Highlights of the trip? I would have to say all of them! Traveling through all of Africa had so many places that it is not easy to pick a highlight. All the game parks from Namibia, SA, Botswana, Zim, Kenya, Tanzania etc were definitely a highlight of the East, however the West which was my favorite was highlighted by the sheer fact that it was basic and non touristy and this is what much of Africa used to be. Bush Camps definitely rule!!! As do Andi and Grant!! Thank You Much

Definitely not my cooking, although the crew were exceptional. Buenos Aires was a laugh and sandboarding in Peru was brilliant fun. Big shout out to Danny and Liam for making a 70 day trip consistently brilliant.

The trip was sensational, I thoroughly enjoyed every bit, even the dust of Namibia!! We had a group of 11, and we all got along extremely well, making the trip even better and we had so many laughs and so much fun. The truck is great and I loved that it the old style of overland truck and has a beach (open top) and opening sides, as well as inward facing seats, great for socializing , lounging, and leaves plenty of floor space for movement and dancing.
Highlights of the trip were bush camping under the stars in remote locations in Namibia, Chobe River Cruise, Etosha, Okavango, Swakopmund, Sussusvei, and Fish River Canyon to name a few.
A big thank you to our wonderful driver Walter for his excellent driving, his care of the truck and of us. And Geoff, who did a great job on his first trip, cool, calm and great guy.
This was my third trip with Oasis… and I will be back again!!

What can we say except we had an amazing trip. It certainly exceeded our expectations. The truck itself was really comfortable. There was plenty of room to store all our luggage and souvenirs. The seats are clean and comfortable and even seat belts are provided.
Our driver was really excellent. He drove his truck at a steady pace at all time, never driving too fast or driving dangerously. Carry looked after the truck like it was his own.
Our overlanding trip was organised very well. Kate also fed us the most wonderful lunches!
