From 25th–27th September, Oasis Overland ran its inaugural UK Taster Weekend in the Peak District, offering a unique chance to experience overland travel firsthand. Despite COVID-19 challenges, small bubbles of six allowed participants to explore custom-built trucks, set up tents, enjoy campfire activities, and sample delicious meals prepared by our tour leaders. Attendees also joined talks with founder Chris Wrede, went on local walks, and asked all their burning questions about upcoming trips. With fantastic feedback from participants and an inspiring mix of stories and connections, this weekend was a perfect glimpse into life on an Oasis adventure.
